Guided Meditation at Course Coffee
Do you begin your day feeling chaotic, scattered or tired? Would you rather begin with a sense of ease?
Join us for a 30 minute guided breathing meditation on Wednesday mornings to start your day with intention. We will emphasize breathing techniques, observation, and inner connectedness to help you leave centered and *Innergized*.
Did you know that by simply adjusting your breathing pattern you can regulate your nervous system and decrease stress levels in your body? With a little practice, you can begin transforming the health of your body, mind, and spirit one breath at a time.
Are you new to meditation practice? You are welcome to attend and learn something new! Are you experienced and already practice on your own? You are welcome to attend and practice with others! The session will be guided to meet you exactly where you are in the practice.
Still unsure, no worries. Come and satisfy your curiosity with no hesitation because your FIRST session is FREE.
All sessions after that are a suggested resource exchange of $15 or ‘pay what you are able’.
Arrive early and ready to begin at 6:15 am. Doors will be closed shortly after in order to avoid disruptions to the practice. You are welcome to leave as you need or stay as Course Coffee Roasters opens at 7:00 a.m.!
*Ages 12 and up welcome, if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
