We are excited to share with you the recommendations and suggestions from the HyettPalma study in this below linked 2018 assessment. HyettPalma is the community development agency we engaged to provide the outside counsel and best recommendations for our Frenchtown revitalization efforts. This report is an update per the work and progress of our community since the initial study they prepared for us in 2003.
